Refund Policy

Charisma Clinic does not offer refunds for completed dental treatment, as clinical time, materials, and professional skills cannot be reversed once care has been provided. All patients receive a full explanation of treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and fees before agreeing to proceed, and by starting treatment, the patient accepts these terms. Deposits paid for appointments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice or if the patient does not attend the appointment, as this time is allocated exclusively for clinical preparation and cannot be rebooked at short notice. If a patient chooses to cancel or change a treatment plan after work has begun, fees for completed stages—including examinations, X-rays, planning, laboratory work, or clinical time—remain payable. Adjustments or follow-up care related to completed treatment will be discussed with the dentist and provided when clinically appropriate. Refunds may be considered only in situations where treatment has not started and sufficient cancellation notice has been given. All decisions regarding refunds are made by the Principal Dentist.
