Charisma Clinic provides dental care at our Stockport and Nelson branches, and these terms explain how appointments, deposits, cancellations, examinations, communication, and fees are managed. All appointments must be booked in advance and patients should arrive on time, as late arrivals may shorten or require rebooking. A deposit is required to reserve clinical time and is deducted from the treatment cost; any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours (two full days) before the appointment, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Before starting treatments such as implants, Invisalign, bonding, whitening, gum care, or cosmetic procedures, a full dental examination is required, and implant cases include a full OPG X-ray for £100 to assess suitability. Treatment fees depend on clinical needs and are explained before treatment begins; additional steps or lab work may affect the final cost, and payment is required at each appointment unless agreed otherwise. Refunds are not offered for completed treatment, as clinical work cannot be reversed, but follow-up support or adjustments will be discussed with the treating dentist. Patients must provide accurate contact details, as reminders and treatment information may be sent by SMS or email. Emergency appointments depend on availability, and the emergency exam fee is £100. Patient information is stored securely and may be shared only with labs, imaging centres, referral clinicians, or regulatory bodies involved in care, and never with third-party marketers. The clinic may adjust or decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate, and our priority is to maintain safe, ethical, and consistent dental care.
